Richard is a qualified chartered accountant, originally from Galway, Ireland, and Deloitte-trained. With nine years’ post-qualification experience dealing across all industries, he specialises in IFRS/GAAP financial statement preparation.

Richard has led account teams from Latin America to the Caribbean, and understands the need for clear client communication as well as the importance of meeting deadlines. He currently is the financial Controller for three Caymanian Entities.

Conor trained and qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in Ireland, where he is originally from Limerick. He has extensive experience in planning, preparation and completion of audit and assurance procedures for a range of PLC, multinational and SME companies internationally, as well as compiling financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP for clients in various industries.

Conor is focused on providing clients with a high-quality service in financial statement preparation in a time-efficient manner.

Sheree Rankin is a Caymanian with over 20 years’ experience in finance & banking and payroll administration, which includes pension and health compliance. In addition, she has been handling Cayman Islands work permit administration for 15 years. She has an HR certificate from CISHRP and keeps a close eye on the complicated and ever-changing Labour, WORC, Pension and Health Insurance regulations to ensure Atlas Cayman clients follow those associated government Acts. Formerly with Royal Bank, Cayman Compass and now Atlas Cayman, she is dedicated and passionate about what she does.

Sheree works well under pressure turning projects around quickly and accurately. Her attention to detail, positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile make it possible. She is looking forward to working with new clients to provide her expertise.

Charles (“Chuck”) Quappe has been in the Cayman Islands for almost 40 years and had previously worked as an HR Manager in the legal/finance services industry for 20 years before coming over to Atlas Cayman in 2020. His expertise has always been Cayman Islands immigration matter providing expertise administration in work permit matters in the forms of grants, renewals all the associated matters that arise from these applications. Many new and existing businesses find the immigration process complex. Atlas Cayman will provide clarity in the process and ensure that clients are compliance with the WORC act and Regulations and the necessary follow-up. Chuck works closely with colleague Sheree in all immigration related matters.
